Welcome to PHIEND. By placing an order through our website, social media channels, or any authorized sales platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. PHIEND does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or shipping delays.

Please ensure that you review product descriptions, size guides, and shipping information before placing your order.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards, limited edition releases, and the custom nature of some pieces, PHIEND does not accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at phiendmgmt@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will assess the issue and determine next steps.


3. Product Descriptions & Sizing

We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our products, including colors and sizing. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, actual colors may vary slightly.

Please refer to our size guide before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.

  • Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, PHIEND is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Cancellations

PHIEND does not allow cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.


6. Garment Care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your PHIEND apparel:

  • Wash items inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low

  • Do not bleach or iron directly on printed areas

Failure to follow care instructions may damage your garment. PHIEND is not responsible for any such damage.


7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and images are the intellectual property of PHIEND and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


8. Policy Changes

PHIEND reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
